Therefore, there is no leisure time while our young men are killing each other. There is no wait and see moments while our jails, cemetery and hospitals tells the true story of the absent of our young men, from the work place, classrooms, churches and most of all the leadership role, as fathers and guardians of their family.

This is a very short message to all young and teenage person visiting this Web site. "You are very valuable to our society". Our young men are killing each other daily without any valid reason.  Our young ladies are mothering children at a time when they themselves need the caring of their mother. Hear this, then each of you spread these words to all your peers. You are as important as any other person in the world, today and beyond. Love your self and respect others.
Follow the star that match you "GPA", you just might find something for you beyond the star. Good luck

Welcome friends!
Welcome to my website. For about 30 years I have worked diligently in law enforcement, trying hard to secure the safety of the people of these Virgin Islands and those who visit our shores. I have since retired from the Virgin Islands Police Department, however not from the fight. The fight I speak about is the same. I still have the same passion and persuasion as I endeavor to see justice for all. Even in my best effort and many great contribution of many others as I, there is many ordinary people, citizen and visitors alike who are not serve on a daily basis.
Now, there are those who can sit back and be at ease; this attitude is not for the rest of us, we are not there yet.  We may not want to admit it but to a greater extent we are our brothers' keeper. Looking out for our fellowmen is not just our responsibility, we are obligated to be. The Bible teaches that we must love one another, the bible  also teaches that we must be forgiven tender hearted, loving and kind.
We  must form an alliance for the better, we must begin searching for a better way of life now; but our search must forge  further into the future and beyond 2012.
Those of us who are challenged must unite, we must grow rapidly. We must prepare ourselves for the challenges that will forge real change! Why you ask; so many ordinary people are depending on us.
